All the love about cvs is that they sell quality products no doubt about that. But the overall experience is definitely a turn off for me.

Mr G. Flores is the pharmacist at my local CVS and he is great. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen and answer my questions. To save me money, he gave me a discount code. My only issue with this location is the very long waiting in line.

I enjoy shopping at CVS Pharmacy because of the opportunity to earn rewards points and take advantage or their promotions. When coupons are used correctly, customer can maximize their savings, which makes the experience very convenient and worthwhile. However, the customer service experience has been inconsistent, as many employees come as unprofessional. For this reason, I often prefer using the self-checkout option.

I always have a wonderful experience at CVS when it comes to my prescriptions they let me know weather any of my prescriptions counter act with each other witch I very comfortable. And make me feel safe when taking my medication Thxs , Sincerely,Suzanne

Usually a hit or miss! I always go for my pharmacy needs and the people in the front always greet me. They are pretty nice. What sucks is that a lot of times they are out of stock on the products I need. Also the prices in the store are higher than everywhere else!

1/18/24. Over the past several weeks and on several occasions, I have patronized the CVS store on East Brainerd Rd in Chattanooga. I was quite pleased with the service provided each time by a young clerk, Robert. So, store manager, give this fellow a bonus. RG
