Customer service was great order came on time and was correct

I received my order today. It was packaged very well and free of damage, despite the box being banged up. Each bottle was individually wrapped with bubble wrap and placed in a box with packing peanuts. Although it took a week to arrive with the 2-5 day shipping option, I thought that was reasonable with the time frame spanning the Easter holiday weekend and amidst the Covid-19 madness. The prices are very competitive if you order enough to reach the free shipping threshold. This was my first online liquor purchase and I'm very satisfied.

The packaging couldn't have been any better! The shipping time was twice as long. The most important thing was that you had Captain Morgan.

The selection and pricing is okay. For the current situation in PA, it's fine. My order was supposed to arrive yesterday and did not but I guess that's an issue with FedEx. Customer service is very responsive, which is nice to see.

Honestly, I had written a review a little earlier in the evening and already couldn’t wait to delete it and post a new one. I am just absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service from Country Wines and Spirits, and in particular, from the cofounder, Sean. I have always had impersonal experiences or lack of response if I ever contact customer service of any company, or feel like I’m talking to a robot- I was so taken back, with as busy as they have to be right now, that Sean himself contacted me shortly after my post and was so over the top personable, accommodating, sincere, and wonderful in every way, that not only did he make it right, but really touched me for being so passionate about his business and just a compassionate human being. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Highly recommend this company :). He made my day.
