We've been using CyberChimps Responsive Pro theme for a few years now. The theme works well and is the best we've found in terms of providing a truly responsive experience across all screen sizes. Support is reasonable if not stellar. Our only complaint is that they 'force' us to install their template plug-in with the theme. We continually refuse to install this, because we don't need or want it, but continually get notified with this message: "Responsive Pro needs the Responsive theme & the Responsive Starter Templates plugin to function." It's a nuisance.

I'm using their Responsive Theme for some weeks now, and I'm very happy with all the configurations that are available. Furthermore, I had some trouble with an HTML-Snippet that was shown on my Blog. The support helped me out, although it was the mistake of another plug-in. The support was fast and very kind!

I was incentivized by getting a free product to leave this review, thank you CyberChimps for offering me something in return for this, have 5 stars! "Review Responsive Theme on TrustPilot Reply to this email with the review link Get WP Legal Pages Pro plugin, worth $39, absolutely free!" Update: CyberChimps never even gave me the plugin that was promised, would not recommend. Not true to their word either. Changing to 1 Star.

Hello JP, We feel sad that you're using the word incentivised. We love our customers and want their honest feedbacks that will help us improve our theme and plugins. To motivate customers, companies offer something as a token of appreciation for their time and efforts for providing feedback. We never force anyone to rate us for offers in exchange. It is the customer's choice to leave a review and provide us insights about our products. Hope this clarifies all the misconceptions. We hope you're enjoying our products and services. If you do, would you be so kind to correct your message? If you have any concerns, write us at [email protected]
