What a pile of tosh. There is nothing special about it. The personalised training plans are a load of rubbish. You can't make a personalised plan without talking with the client. Doesn't take into consideration work or life pattern. And the training sessions themselves are off the shelf stuff that anyone could find on any cycling website. Save your money and get a coach using a decent site like trainingpeaks or trainer road. Even zwift have decent plans. And for a lot less money. The diet side of things is just a pdf with recipes. No real advice. Could get the same thing using my fitness Pal.

Found website/app very difficult to access. At almost every click a new add or costly feature popped up. I have not used and requested that my account be closed.
