Absolutely terrible company. Send very poor quality products that arrive damaged, then never reply to emails. Avoid like the plague. After 2 weeks of silence I've given up and learnt a valuable lesson.

Dreadful customer service. I ordered a bike-specific rack, was sent a generic one, and contacted for a return. Despite contacting my the company multiple times, I was ignored.

ITHINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a battery cover for my ebike. This is a hard plastic cover which fits onto the frame. I received a cloth thing with velcro ties. I paid £34 for it, around the going rate for the correct item. The cloth thing cost about £10 on other sites. I've emailed them four times and have heard nothing . Four weeks now.

I ordered a bike rack specific for my bike make and model. The rack arrived quickly but did not fit my bike. I checked the bike rack description on their website and the same rack was specified to fit all bike make and model!! I contacted them through the website to return the rack but heard nothing back. I lucked out in ordering through Paypal and got a refund.

They sent the wrong item they dont reply to anything avoid ordering from them.

Better use PayPal if you're risking a purchase from them. I ordered a part specific to my make/model. Arrived pretty quick, good sign right? Nope. No packing slip (red flag) so I don't know what I actually received. And of course it doesn't fit, and isn't really close. Here's where the issues start. 4 emails to support, zero response. Tried to call the number on the website. Disconnected. THANKFULLY I paid with PayPal and initiated a claim with them and got my money back.
