Regular Water Cooler
Response from Cyclopure· Jul 24, 2025
Hi James, not sure what you mean by "regular water cooler?" We are a materials science lab that has developed a filtration media that removes PFAS from water.

I sent in three samples almost a month ago. The results came back for just one about 8-9 days ago. I have yet to hear a peep on the other two that were sent the same day.

Your three samples arrive back at our lab on 6/23/25. Barcode 19605 results published on 7/3, just before the July 4 holiday. Barcodes 19603 and 19606 published on 7/10/25. If you look at the calendar and read our FAQ, we require ten to fourteen BUSINESS days to complete analytics and publish reports. If anything, your sample 19605 received results within 8 business days. We DO take off Federal holidays and weekends. Let us know if you would like us to re-issue your reports.
