Yes I got in a accident on a cycrown Hunter 3 cause of there cheap brakes and mess up my leg pretty bad glad to still be alive then the killing part they still made me buy my parts I can’t even walk on my leg still bleeding got to go back to Er for the third time in a row no love I payed of 300.00 to bikeshops for the brakes still give out for all this they should just give me my money back and a new bike and pay for my medical bills but it’s all good just make sure if u have kids are for yourself don’t buy this bike cause the brakes is loud and u will never know when they will fail just adding to my review people told me don’t get this bike but I wanted it for the look and stuff it’s my fault I got it anyway there is a malfunction in the neck of the bike u really can’t turn left are right with out this loud popping noise and the neck does not it tight it keeps coming lose u email surpport they keep telling u to send pictures videos lol like I told them yall warranty covers this for my frame so what’s so hard about just sending me a new bike I will keep y’all posted I will try and send them more video and pictures for something u can’t see Slim 2026

I had problems with my Cycrown Cycverve…
I had problems with my Cycrown Cycverve not responding to throttle or PAS. Contacted Cycrown with problems. After sending video to them, they determined it was a faulty controller. They are sending me another controller no charge. Love this Ebike and love the personal and professional help I got from Cycrown to fix problems. They answered all my emails promptly and help me send video so they could determine the problems I was having. Their technical assistance was indispensable. Thanks Cycrown.
