Early adopter, steady income, feels like a cheat code
I've been using Cypher since the very beginning, so I've had a good long stretch to judge it on rather than a couple of lucky weeks.
Everybody wants to know the same thing first. Can this algorithm make you money? Yes, it can, and for me it's been a steady flow instead of a spike here and there. It honestly feels like a cheat code. I put my budget in, they set up the algorithm around my risk level, and the bot does the trading from there.
The results have been better than what I was getting on my own in the stock market, to the point where I've converted most of my stock market money over into this.
It's been good enough that two of my team members started using it as well, so we're all running the same thing together now. The company is very straight forward about the risk reflection. Definitely recommend!

Buyer Beware – Marketing hype does not match the legal terms
I researched CypherPros extensively and was prepared to proceed despite concerns about the trading strategy and the fact that important information on their Myfxbook account is private. While the historical results look impressive, Open Trades and Exposure are private, so you cannot see the current floating profit/loss or live exposure. From the historical data I could also see significant position stacking, correlated currency exposure and positions held for extended periods waiting for price reversion. I raised these concerns with Cypher but was prepared to accept that trading risk.
My bigger concern became the disconnect between the marketing and the legal contract.
The webinar offer was approximately AUD $12,500 for two licences, half payable upfront and half after 30 days, lifetime support and updates, and a 30-day profit guarantee, plus a US$99 monthly fee.
That is not what their contract said.
The contract allowed Cypher to make unilateral changes without refunding the substantial upfront fee. “Lifetime” was not defined at all, and there was no protection for ongoing service or refund if the product was discontinued or sold.
The 30-day profit guarantee was also inconsistent: one agreement said 60 days and the final agreement said 15 days. More importantly, Cypher confirmed the guarantee is assessed on realised account balance rather than equity, meaning floating losses do not count. An account could therefore have thousands in floating losses and still satisfy the guarantee if those losing trades remained open and the realised balance showed even 1 cent of profit. Given that their live Open Trades are private, I consider that guarantee virtually worthless as a measure of actual profitability.
I gave Cypher the benefit of the doubt and asked for basic contractual protection for what they were representing. I was not negotiating for a better deal just asking them to stick to what they said. What followed was approximately a month of painstaking back-and-forth and multiple agreements.
Eventually their Australian representative acknowledged the delay had arisen on Cypher's side while the paperwork caught up and said:
“Customers who hold us to what we say keep us sharp.”
That was exactly what I had been trying to do.
When I finally received an agreement I was prepared to sign, Cypher then refused to honour the original payment arrangement because of the delay, despite it having also been confirmed to me in writing by Cypher. Instead, I was told I had to pay the entire amount immediately for the two licences.
When I pointed out their written confirmation, the response was:
“Yes I understand what was initially presented however its void.”
That summed up the problem for me.
I no longer had confidence that what I was told today would necessarily be what governed the relationship tomorrow.
That matters when you are paying thousands upfront and potentially risking tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars in a trading account operated by their software. Their contract also expressly disclaims liability for losses arising from changes they make to the software so trust matters.
The agreement requires disputes to go to commercial arbitration in Denver, Colorado which is probably cost prohibitive (for Australians anyway).
One final thing prospective purchasers should be aware of when reading the positive reviews: Cypher's contract contains a non-disparagement clause restraining purchasers from making disparaging comments about the company publicly. I find it worrying that a company feels the need to make a restriction like that legally binding.
After a month of trying to resolve these issues privately, I chose not to proceed and made no payment.
Buyer beware. Read the legal terms carefully and compare them with what you are told in the webinar and marketing before you pay.
UPDATE – Since posting this review:
• Cypher asked me to remove it because it was damaging their sales.
• Cypher then reported it to Trustpilot as defamatory. Trustpilot reviewed the complaint and reinstated the review.
• A US representative called to raise my signed contract and told me Cypher holds its clients to their contracts, despite having already confirmed to me in writing: “Contract is void.”
• Despite this, I remained prepared to proceed on the original written terms, without seeking any discount, and offered to remove this review while I tested the algorithm.
• Cypher declined and now describes the issue as “confusion about a limited time offer.” No time limit was stated in the written offer, and Cypher had previously acknowledged in writing that the delay was on their side while their paperwork caught up.
• Cypher has now reported my review again, this time claiming it relates to a different company.
Response from CYPHER· Sep 14, 2026
Hi Sara,
We are sorry to read your review and that you have chosen not to be a Cypher customer. It is our goal to be the best at what we do, including customer service. To that end, we have re-written our Terms and Conditions to be easy to read and user-friendly. Any prospective customer should carefully read the terms and ask us for clarification if they don’t understand anything. The terms do not limit a customer from telling the truth about their experience.
If there are questions about the software’s performance, anyone can view the software in action at myfxbook.com: https://www.myfxbook.com/members/CYPHEROFFICIAL/cypher-foundation-account/11732122.
That account is running Cypher’s software in real time, with all of the standard account details available for review.
With respect to pricing, it appears there was some confusion about a limited time offer. We apologize if we were not clear and will be sure to emphasize the limited time nature of any offers in the future.
We are confident that if you had used the product, your review would have been much different.

I had 2 choices of algorithm to make
I had 2 choices of algorithm to make, and although it was a difficult decision, I decided in favor of Cypher. I have no regrets that I did because it amuses me to see my account grow daily. I thought I should have found this trading system long before now, as I have made frantic efforts to grow my income, which most often was found not to be real. This is real! If you are looking for something that works, go for it. In my first month, my account grew 3%, which means a lot to me considering the experiences I have had in the past. I am thankful to Diego, my account manager, for his enduring patience and understanding as I had a slew of questions for him to nullify my doubts.

Best Algorithm trading Company
I've tried 4-5 different algorithm trading companies and Cypher is by far the best and most consistent. Low drawdowns and consistent returns. You can sleep peacefully at night knowing your money is with Cypher. Also, my account manager, Gabriella, has been extremely helpful and you can tell she wants the best for her clients. Highly recommend, nothing else like Cypher out there.

I've tried three different algorithm…
I've tried three different algorithm trading companies, and Cypher has been the best experience by far. After several large drawdowns with another company, I was very hesitant to trust another trading algorithm, but I'm glad I gave Cypher a chance.
I started with Cypher in April 2026, and so far I've achieved about a 15% return. The performance has been steady, which is exactly what I was looking for.
What has impressed me the most, though, is the customer support. I've dealt with three different AI trading companies, and none of them came close to the level of service and support I've received from Gabriela. She has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. That level of support has made a big difference in my overall experience.
Overall, I'm very pleased with both the results and the customer service, and I look forward to continuing with Cypher

Best Decision Ever
I have been with Cypher Pros for over a year now and I have nothing bad to say about them. First of all my return every month is unheard of. I have had the support from their team from the beginning, they have always been assisting me with everything. They are always reaching out to help, the team they have is incredible. I am 19 and this was a huge risk for me, but it has paid off tremendously. I have never had a losing day with Cypher, everyday I am makin money that compounds. The team is great and the investment is even better. I do not have a single bad thing to say.

Cypher Pro has been great for me
Cypher Pro has been great for me. From the sales process with Grant to the onboarding with Diego, they have been extremely professional and knowledgeable. I'm impressed with how the algorithm works in a managed way and has consistently shown positive results. It really sounds too good to be true, so I started small. The results speak for themselves! Highly recommend this service.
