The service was reasonably fast and efficient. The person trading the items in game was a little impersonal . Dumped the items on the ground said bye and left.

Hello, I apologize that your experience with us wasn't up to par. I investigated the situation and it seems you ordered on console. As you are aware, console only has the in game quick chat feature, which means no typing. Like on keyboard, you can only use the 1-9 number keys to say stuff like "Thank You" and "Goodbye". So this type of interaction is a certain restriction the game it has itself on console. So by saying we are "impersonal" is false, with all things considered. If you wanted to talk with us, our chat is open 16 hours a day. Just come in and say hello :)
