Tried two times to reach Dachman and never a response. So I never took delivery and they didn’t give me a refund.

I just hooked up my mic and it’s broken. I tried with multiple interfaces and DAW it is distorted… Please refund me and show me how to return it. Thank you.

I'm in the UK. I paid for it on the 3rd of April. On the 15th I received notice it had arrived in Switzerland & I would be informed when it would reach the UK. It takes me 14 hours to drive to Lucerne in Switzerland. It's now May, a month after my purchase, & it still hasn't shown up.

Hi Stephen. We have been in contact with the UK post. They have informed us there are delays across some of their international services. We don't have control over that unfortunately. According to your tracking number, your shipment is indeed in the hands of the UK postal service (since April 22). We don't have any way to expedite it through their customs procedures, so we are a bit at the mercy of the people in charge of imports at the UK royal mail. As mentioned in the email we sent you this morning, you may want to contact the postal service in the UK and make sure they are not simply waiting on a payment for the import fee.

Even though got sent more expensive pair they were not as good as some cheaper ones I had already got. Also description said that they were CK12 copies which they are not. Tested each capsule and one was 94pf and the other 48pf, so way off. Was told that they had isolated backplates but not the case either. I wouldn't buy from again.

Spencer, I'm sorry that the capsules did not meet your expectations. While we certainly did not intend to mislead, we are going to update the website description to provide clarity about the capsule vs the original, vintage CK12. As far as the isolated backplates, we test every capsule before it ships and have gone ahead and retested the entire batch of DA-CK12 capsules and they all have been confirmed to have isolated backplates. Regardless, we never want to leave a customer dissatisfied. I believe we had already offered for you to return the capsules for a full refund so long as they aren't physically damaged.
