Doesn’t work for me. After 4+ weeks pain level didn’t change it all. I sent an email about it but looks like the email what they provided doesn’t exist.

Hello Aurel, We are so sorry for the experience. We checked our records and seems that we did not receive any emails from you. If you can send us an email at [email protected] with subject line FOR EMMA, that would help us sort this issue.

Did not offer any relief and website told me that return shipping would cost as much as the product. Should have ordered on Amazon.

Hello Rachel, We are so sorry for the experience and if the belt was unable to give you enough relief. While our goal is to help everyone who is suffering from Sciatica relieve some pain, there are some cases that our product is not the right fit. :( We thank you still for trying! We wish you all the best.

Hello Hank, We are so sorry for the experience. I checked our records and can see that you sent us 3 emails, and all emails have been responded to. We also provided you with our Return Address so you can return the belt back, but did not get any response with the Return tracking number. We would like to ask you to check your SPAM folder and see if our emails are being sent there. Let us know if you received it.

I contacted customers service with an issue which was a shame as I felt as if I might be getting some benefit from the Dainely belt. I had a swift response to my email. I sent pictures of the issue and the return email was very pleasant. As a result a replacement belt has just arrived and I am now wearing it again, a great outcome and thank you so much for your help Leo.

Dainely is number 1 when it comes to communicating with customers. There was an error in my purchase and they were quick to answer and to take control of the situation. I received my item in no time plus a discount! The belt that I purchased keeps me comfortable and my back feels secure. I started with sciatica pain years ago and I'm hoping that in time, I can say that the pain went down to Zero. For now, I am enjoying the things I love to do, with confidence, knowing that wearing my belt will keep me from getting in a worse situation. Thank you, Dainely!
