Erika Dapar kept me informed of where my parcel was, what happened so I could fix the problem, I recieve a monthly kit and this issue has never happened before and now I know why it happened I was able to let the sender know and we fixed it. Erika was so polite and reassured me all the time that she was on it, Thankyou

I had two stuck packages and Stephanie escalated it for me. I had also spoken to two other ladies on the phone who provided me the status. Overall a very professional team. My packages arrived a week later. A great team! Thank you!

Honestly, how incompetent can you get! Several times now they have listed "cannot deliver as no one is home" that's a blatant lie since I'm at home waiting, no one has knocked or buzzed our door. Then they go to the wrong address around the corner about two houses up and too lazy to walk down and do it properly so again i dont get my stock Won't let me go to them to get my package, I honestly can't believe how useless they are.

Erika & Geraldine earned these two stars with their professionalism tracking and ultimately getting my packages delivered to my mailbox like they were supposed to be. After the countless fake "failed delivery attempts" and outright "delivered" lies I've endured from DAI POST. The delivery drivers have one job!!...and the drivers doing the run in my area are so utterly incompetent and dishonest that 4 out 5 times, I've had to chase down my package to the depot. They rarely deliver. I would never buy from any online merchant if I knew DAI POST was the final mile carrier. DAI POST is bad for business if you choose to ship to your customers with their absolute amateur delivery drivers.

Disliked how they attempted to deliver my package on a Sunday when I was not present at my workplace. Disliked how I had to chase up my package without being contacted first. BUT …Liked how they dropped it at a local Service Station to my workplace for safekeeping. Liked how my package was still intact & not damaged. Plus the full product amount was inside & not tampered with. Liked how there was a Proof Of Delivery (P.O.D.). Service was satisfactory at best. Could have been better but fortunately it wasn’t as bad as my previous experience.
