The chair is great overall but certain parts of my back and neck I don't feel the massaging affect. My L4/L5 region is what I want.....

The heat on the legs get a little hot and the air bags tend to tighten extra tight in some areas. It would be great if these two could be adjusted to preference. Every thing else is great.

We love the chair! The installation staff were friendly and did a good job. The sales women was very thorough and patient during the demonstration. Our only hang-up was a one month delay in delivery.

People have been nice and responsive. The chair does what it should and I enjoy the massages, BUT..... I feel the chair has a flaw in its design. When the foot unit is extended away from the chair space opens up between the foot unit and the leg unit. Although space is covered, If something should happen to land in this space wit will be pinched when the foot unit is retracted as the chair returns to the upright position. The problem is the motor will not stop when it encounters resistance to retracting. It keeps trying to compress what is in the way until the retracting unit BREAKS. There should be sensor to monitor increased resistance and shut the motor off to prevent damage to the unit.
