Dalia’s detox was a g-d sent reset for me! I have been trying to build healthy eating habits for as long as I can remember and have never been able to stay consistent. In our initial zoom I learnt stuff I didn’t even know I needed to know. For years, I thought I was eating the best yogurt on the market, she pointed out the added starch and gums - additives counter active to my goals. Recipes galore, some now staples in my home.
