Quick response to solve an issue with ordering and quality product.

Product quality is second to none! I do wish more replacement parts were available for purchase, though. Parts will wear, or break, and after warranty I would prefer to use original parts and not after-market parts.

Love the guitar strap! It is well made, comfortable and looks great on my D’Angelico Gramercy guitar!

I bought a guitar strap and received order confirmation but have not heard anything on shipping my order as of One week later.

Purchase was received quickly and exactly what was expected.

Shipping and tracking didn’t seem to initiate until I messaged Tim- this could just be my perception. The mounting screws provided were significantly smaller than the original screws in the original tail piece. I reused the old screws. The failure of the original tailpiece was a manufacturing defect. I found this to be surprising. I provided feedback and photo’s to Tim Diaz.

Easy to order the guitar picks, but they're for the D'Angelico Premeir Grammercy CS acoustic I bought from a big box instrument store....I love it!! Sounds beautiful and it's almost like a piece of art work
