I sent a email to their support about my rewards points about 2 weeks ago and still no response

Can't hardly get an answer out of them but other than that they did what they were supposed to

3 weeks and no shipping info

The customer service response is a joke and there statement regarding shipping is downright false over the past couple of years. Went from a 5 star onlince headshop to a 1 in the matter of 2 years. Probably just wanted that extra bailout money to pocket while screwing in state customers. They give me a response of contact the support email... I have sent 3 follow up emails to their support staff with 0 reply yet they want me to contact a 4th time. Please continue to waste my time as I will not be purchasing from dank stop again

Ok. So!!!! I ordered some glass. Got discount I was promised. Was really happy with my choice. 3 days go by & tracking still said “shipping label created” but it didn’t move at all from NJ.. I started reading reviews & got really scared haha everyone was saying SCAMM, well surely I suspected scammm so I emailed them asking what is going on. & even added at the end “pleaaase don’t be a scam” haha pretty much immediately after I sent the message, I got a new tracking order & I received it the next day because it was actually a few miles away. Packaged very carefully!! i had a good outcome. But I know a lot of people don’t. Slight delay but worth it.

Desired item was easily located on dankstop. Price was decent; item was purchased and delivered within one week. Great no hassle buying experience.

Great company. Great products. Great service. Period.
