I ordered a mailing list database from Datacaptive after looking at three of four suppliers. I was very specific that I needed 'Job Titles' as part of the list - which they reassured me I would have - and even demonstrated to them that I was paying a significant premium for this. The list turned up without titles, and numerous communications. It took a fair bit of time and effort to get a resolution, but in fairness in the end they accepted the problem and we agreed a fair rebate.

Company harasses you and won't remove your name from their list. I have asked to be removed for the past year and they still bother me. I have zero use for these lists. For the past year I have been receiving emails from this company. After each email I have followed the instructions to be removed from the list. Each month I receive a new email. I finally agreed to a call where I informed them that I only wanted a call to request my name off the list. They promised me that I would be removed. Two week later I got another email.
