We experience low transparency on the cost model and the service provided. We believe that DCL has good capabilities to perform the required conversion but could increase the customer satisfaction by being more transparent and open.

Hi, Stefan, we're sorry that this was your experience. We do try to be transparent in all our pricing and to make sure that every customer know what the cost will be, and answer any questions. But there’s always room to get better and we work on that every day.
