Very helpful! Andy explained the steps to solve my feed issue within Data Feed and he edited the feed with a script so that I wouldn't need to apply the fix in Data Feed.

Andy was very patient and helpful. The service took a while to start but it wasn't a serious problem.

Company is being hollowed out as we speak. It used to be a lot better than competitors, but ever since they were bought by Cart.com it's been going downhill. Their connection with Magento 2 webshops is very outdated, updating product data takes 3-4 hours on average. Support says it's normal.
