Scammers, they take your money, confirm you got your university degree but never actually return the feedback to the mohesr UAE gov. so you end up stuck in a loop, losing money and waiting on nothing.

very very very very bad service not receiving calls and not reply of emails. Just waste of money and specially time.

They are just wasting time, once you contact customer support they gave you ticket number but after that no response. You will get irritating mail ticket updated under review, again and again but no answer this repeats so on. The worst service we are the one who pay for the verification and then we are one responsible to arrange reply from issuing authorities

Waiting for call almost one hour but no response Overall, the service has been very disappointing. my application almost 2 months pending and no response from them .

Horrible experience. Lack of transparency and communication why my report is delayed. Disappointing because this is after the board notified me that they’ve verified my documents with Dataflow.

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with DataFlow Group’s service. I submitted my primary source verification (PSV) application for the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Ministry of Education, but the process has been stalled for a month with no updates. I have opened multiple support tickets and sent several emails, yet I have received absolutely no response. This level of unresponsiveness and lack of communication is completely unacceptable, especially when official government requirements and timelines are involved.
