Credit built up over time, no refunds.
Credit built up over time, asked for a partial refund, they just linked to their terms of service saying they can't refund credit balances. Asked them to do it just this time, and I'll know for the future. They refused. Simple customer service win, and they decided to alienate a long-term user instead.
