Lens replacement is incredibly expensive at David Kind.

Outstanding speed from order to delivery. Glasses were exactly as shown. Fit was just a bit off, nothing I couldn’t adjust on my own though. Overall, tremendously satisfied, this is my second pair of Kind’s. I regularly get compliments on the glasses.

The product is good quality though maybe a bit small for my face. I think the couple of areas for potential improvement: 1. At the time of placing an order on line, it should be clearly indicated how long delivery would take. The item took about 3 weeks to arrive; knowledge of that timeframe at the time of making the decision may have impacted the decision. 2. For an expensive product, I would suggest additional facial measurements since it is not possible to try the product ahead. I like the quality of the item I ordered but it is a bit snug on my face.

Excellent quality frames and lenses. Frames fit comfortably without adjustment needed. Lenses don’t seem to scratch —not sure how that was done. Slightly slow turn/around between order and delivery is the only deficit.

Tightening up and new lenses are great. My small complaint is that the area inside the frame where it meets the lens was not cleaned up (they're clear frames). *EDIT* - quick response from Sami and offered to remedy the situation immediately. The team from DK has offered excellent customer service and I'll be buying another pair soon.
