I don't believe their posititive reviews. The two backdrops we received were terrible quality. You would get better buying a bed sheet. On top of it, there were at least 20 bleach marks or something similar. Unusable. We had to pay for postage to return items in order to get a refund. Will be waiting for a refund for quite some time I imagine. Typical rogue company.

Ordered a Backdrop. Image is not sharp and vibrant. Sent email and haven’t received a response.

Poor communictions, the company used to deliver UniUni tracking site was worthless and unreliable. When the tracking site showed the package was in the city it was to be delivered to at 10am on Nov 26th and had not been delivered to me I contacted UniUni's customer service to remind them that the package was being delivered to a business that closed at 5pm and if the package were to be delivered after that time or another day to please call me cell number and the delivery could be left at front door and I would pickup package. The customer service representative assured me that he would provide my number to delivery driver. I never received a call and the package wasn't delivered. I also advised customer service representative if package isn't received by Nov 28th I couldn't use item. On Nov 28th, the tracking site stated a falied delivery attempt was made, which my companies security cameras show no one attempted to deliver my package. When I used UniUni's chat feature on Dec 1st to update delivery it stated Due to multiple delivery failures, the parcel is on its way back to the UniUni warehouse. Again, our security cameras do not show any delivery attempt(s) and the tracking site only stated one attempt. Yesterday, Dec 1st @ 10am I replied to an older email from DBackdrop that I needed a refund for my order and left additional information, I have not recieved a response to that email.

I am very impressed with the quality of this backdrop compared to cheaper ones I have purchased elsewhere in the past.

We ordered two specific backdrops. However, we had the sizes and specifications mixed up. A quick email to support after purchase about the mix up and they altered the order perfectly to what we needed. Very thankful for their support team!
