Quality product!! Great detail! Will do business again.

Don’t use this company. I ordered a backdrop from them which was more expensive that their competitor “Kate” and after some time it arrived, initially I was pleased until what I thought was lots of pieces of white cotton all over it only to find that these were holes in the surface of the material. After I contacted them they responded and offered a refund or replacement, I went for a replacement as I liked the backdrop but since then they have ignored my several attempts to contact them. I have no confidence that I will ever see the replacement or get my money back.

Customer service was great, responding to my emails. Fast turn around time! Great quality!

I ordered a backdrop, stand and lights. The backdrop stand I ordered came with an incorrect piece so i can’t even assemble it making it useless. I have tried contacting them over email, on facebook and through instagram and have gotten no response. I’m going to have to buy a new stand. The lights and the stand are totally flimsy and very low quality. AVOID

My product was exactly what I wanted. Communication, quality, production and shipping time were great!
