Ben and has team are sharp, intuitive, responsive and understand M and A transaction work with great insight. The great thing is you don't have to hold their hand; they know what to do and do it extremely well. Ben has proven to be a valued partner for our 16 person broker shop.

5 Stars all the way! I have been either making my own CIMs and CBRs or working with vendors to make them for years. And this has hands down has been the best experience. This team is fast, accurate, communicative, and follows through. They are now my go-to top choice provider! Thank you Ben and the team at Deal Memo for raising the bar and for making CIM creation a smooth sailing experience.

Ben Hofer's work on my CIMs or what I call Business Sales Reports has been very outstanding. The work is so much more professional than anything I have been able to put together myself over the last 25 years I have been selling small businesses. I will be using Ben's services again and again going forward.

I can't be thankful enough for Admin Success! They helped me go from disorganized and stressed to developing SOPs that my team uses everyday. My team can now operate without me, asks fewer questions, and we get jobs done faster!

Happy to help you Mark! Really enjoyed working together on your installation and time entry SOPs. Glad to hear the team is up and running on their own!

Ben has been a blessing to work with. We have a property inspection company that covers a wide range of clientele and types of work we do. It can become quite overwhelming at times. Ben was able to help us develop solid systems and processes for onboarding new staff, standard operating procedures for various operations we perform, implementing the use of AI for tedious tasks, and lead us to highly qualified software developers to further enhance our processes. As of the date of this review, the processes Ben helped us developed have only been in place for 2 months, and we have already seen a 25% increase in our productivity rate. I highly recommend Admin Success for anyone who is becoming overwhelmed when beginning to scale.
