The account manager assigned to my account is fantastic! Her follow up is outstanding and she is proactive. It's a bit too early for me to say how well the company is doing, its only been 2.5 months or so.

Although all of the agents I came in contact with were great, Patricia was more concerned that I was happy with the service and also when I needed a break from my payments she followed through for me. I can't thank her enough for guiding me through this process.
