We were referred by our attorney to Israel Moskowitz. He refused to appear in court. Suddenly, we bad no idea who was representing us. Why don't your attorneys stick with a client from beginning to end?

We were skeptical about filing at first. Bobby Palmer was great and I'd recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He deserves a raise! We were able to have a huge tax lien relieved as well as other debts that were causing us a lot of stress. I'm glad I followed the advice of the judge that subtly suggested filing 😌. I went to Debtstoppers with high hopes and expectations. I was told I could keep my tax refunds, yet received Amended paperwork demanding same. I experienced 3 different attorneys , first one gave misleading info and responses to me, learned he left company after coming in to talk abt Motions he said he would file, never received phone call or letter stating I had new attorney...Second atty was trying, of course he had to go back to what 1st attorney didn't do and then he left abd still no letter or phone call, I guess that's their style..However, my third and final attorney did help me and bring case to a close, so in the end it worked out. YES, I received numerous ltr saying I Missed pymts, was behind in many Mortgage pymts, and needed to pay back pymts with Interest and addl fees and costs. As I said, I finally received my Discharge papers but I don't know if I would refer them to anyone...always keep yr receipts, stay on top of what's going on and the experience helped me with Debt knowledge.

They are honest and very helpful. The lawyers are hard to get on the phone sometimes but they are willing to help you.

The process was so quick and I didn't get any follow up calls or appointments. I have some questions and left voicemails but have not received a call back. It's unsettling and not great customer service. I even had to update my payment method and didn't get a call back until after the payment didn't go through even though I called a week earlier.

Filing for bankruptcy was a hard decision, but with the help and support from debtstoppers they made it easy and convenient. Within 3 months I was cleared and ready to start over. I recommend using them!
