I enjoyed the fragrances but was hoping for a bit more. I am pleased before I purchase the more expensive versions to see if the fragrance smells the same. So far, it’s working.

I’ve purchased several Louis Vuitton…
I’ve purchased several Louis Vuitton fragrances, and they offer a good variety from the brand. I was especially impressed with the quality of the decant sprays themselves. My only complaint is that they don’t offer UPS for shipping, even if you pay for two-day delivery.

Ground control to Major......Spaceman, Yes! We absolutely offer UPS during checkout. Not sure how you could miss it. We offer Ground and also 2nd Day Air. Next time, if you get in touch with control, we can guide you in for a landing. Hope this helps. Regards, Drew

Quick service and packaged well
Quick service and packaged well. I also used another place (fragrancenet) who packaged my decants like they hated me and used a horrible carrier to ship them (uniuni). My only minor complaint here is that there seems to be an issue with many fragrances not being available in the 1 ml decant size. I had to pay more for the 2 ml size to get the fragrance samples I wanted.

I appreciated the availability of Louis…
I appreciated the availability of Louis Vuitton perfume, but I should have read that my small glass spray only had 1 ounce inside and there were 3 options of fluid ounces for same size bottle. The explanation from customer service was helpful. Appreciate the help!

Hello Jennifer, Thank you for taking time to review our company and services. I believe there is a misunderstanding. Allow me to explain. There is a tab on every product page labeled, "Our Bottles". It shows every bottle size we carry. In addition, it shows each size 1ml, 2ml, 3ml, 5ml and 10ml, exactly where it is filled and how many sprays. Very handy to tell exactly what you will receive. The red envelope your order arrived in has a Thank You card with this same information on the back. Your order was for 1ml samples. Which means, each bottle would be one third full. It would not be filled to the top. Now, why do we do this? Because we understand that when purchasing such a small amount of fragrance, you want to atomize the fragrance with a spray instead of those dabber thingy's. For 1ml samples, they do not make a bottle, with a spray top and also filled to the top. I hope this explains your situation. You can verify this information for yourself. If this was a simple misunderstanding please adjust your review accordingly. We take customer service very seriously and want every customer to have a pleasant experience. Hope this helps. Regards, Drew
