Ordered a cordless pool vacuum for $170. After waiting two months I received a corded vacuum not suitable for my pool. They now will only offer me a fraction of the price for a refund and refuse to give me return instructions

I placed an order for the spray nozzle. Had to reach out for information as I was not receiving any alerts for tracking. Was then told of the delay due to where it was being sent from. Finally received an alert that it had been delivered and left at my door. Never received it and I had been home all week waiting for Amazon packages so I know it wasn't stolen. Was told to go to USPS with a tracking number.USPS could not locate said package in their system as the tracking number given to me was not a USPS tracking number. After numerous emails and informing them that I was going to the bank and file a dispute, they said they would refund the charges. Waiting on refund.

The concept is great, the application is easy to use, but was disappointed with the size of the product. Sorry.

I ordered a pool vacuum for 169 plus tax. Received a plastic,crappy little inside vacuum. They want to refund me 18 dollars

The impression given in the videos was that the device attachable to the common garden hose. The only way I will be able to use it is to get a narrower gauge hose with no attached attachment on the nozzle end.
