Even though it took a while and I blame the shipping company, the owner was so responsive and she was with me every step of the way and continued communicating with me during the whole thing!

I never received my order and I never…
I never received my order and I never received a refund. The company requested a delivery receipt to prove I received the order, but I didn't receive the order so I didn't have a delivery receipt. Do not use this company.
Response from Decorationals· Jan 29, 2025
Hi Laura, I'm disappointed to see that you've left a negative review despite our previous conversation about your order (ID: 2409161946460644700). We had asked you to provide an undelivery proof, which is necessary for us to process a refund, but unfortunately, we never received it. As a reminder, our records show that your package was delivered: Order Number: 2409161946460644700 Tracking Code: UUS49G0556465119364 Last Mile Delivery Tracking Number: UUS49G0556465119364 We're still willing to help resolve this issue, but we need your cooperation. If you could provide the necessary proof, we'll do our best to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
