I have been a data center technician for many years. As a new TrustPilot user, I would remiss if I didn't review some of the companies I have worked on/for. I remember when Dedicated was a 1/2 rack and called LA Dedicated. What they have pulled off in the years since, shows that they have a recipe for success. Few companies know how to build a network properly. Dedicated is one of them.

We operate a variety of hardware in each of their locations to establish our North American footprint. By hosting on Dedicated's networks, our customers are able to enjoy the lowest latency and best DDoS protection in the industry. I frequently recommend them to anyone in search of an IaaS provider.

Do NOT use Dedicated.com I ordered a server from them. The server was setup and ready to use instantly after payment. The issues started about 5 minutes later. I was trying to install Linux onto the box, but the Control Panel is TERRIBLE. It has a automated installation for most operating systems, but if you choose Linux, the installer won't work due to RAID bs. It does not matter what RAID level you set it as, it is still not going to install. I contacted Support about this issue, and they blamed it on that "I" messed up, when I did everything exactly as it should be done through the Control Panel. They also claim "100% uptime" in their SLA, which is not even LEGAL! You can not claim 100% uptime. The highest you can claim is 99.99%. And the worst part is, that you can not even GET A REFUND for the order. The ONLY kind of a "refund" is to account credit, which is not even guaranteed that you'd get due to their ToS. This provider is complete bs to use. You'd be better off using something like Hetzner, OVH, Server4You or even CONTABO!

They started out great, but has gone drastically down hill. Pros: - Network is stable. - DDoS protection is average. Cons: - Prices are super high. (With extra transaction fees added to each bill) - Panel constantly breaks. - Graphs barely work. - Reinstall often freeze and you need support, whom will barely do their job. - KVM breaks all the time, and need support assistance to work again. - Support is below average. Will not do ANYTHING to help you, if they believe its anything to do with software. - They barely take responsibility for their outdated hardware when faulty. Spending more time to prove its your responsibility, not theirs. - They offer no new hardware options (>2 years old)

I got off lightly here. Whatever you do don't use this company. dedicated.com is a waste of time and sucks!
