Very easy to work with, managing the server itself is a breeze but you still have very granular control.

I bounced around from server host to server host for awhile. After some time I thought that there must be a better host than the one I was using. After searching for some time, I found DedicatedMC. I can safely say that it is the best out anything that I've ever tried. While they have limited plans and locations, the prices are good. Above all, their customer service is by far the best of pretty much any company I've ever interacted with. No matter what I needed or what mistake I needed fixing, they always gave useful responses.

Last host corrupted our data and took 4 days to get back to us so we started looking for a new one. DedicatedMC offers great hardware and their support has never taken longer than an hour to get back to me about a question.

Perfect Support! I said I needed a dedicated server to run a custom loader and didn't want the Panel they supplied and they told me where I could get that from, as they didn't offer it. Their documentation is also very amazing.

Really good servers and affordable prices, you get a lot more than you pay for!

Everyone in this business is very professional! My favorite part about it dedicatedmc is that I can open a support ticket any hour of the day and get immediate help. They even have helped me with things out of there control! MstrTaffy deserves a raise he is amazing and always goes above and beyond! I’ve used 5 different company’s this year 2020 and had different issues performance/slow response times ext but not with this company!
