It was a very High Quality Leather Backpack. I liked it but it was a gift for a petite elderly friend and I needed a mini Backpack. I got in touch with Deelyte and they promptly sent me a return label and promptly refunded me when they received my return. I would definitely recommend this business.

I really like the design which is why I'm keeping it, but if you want something bigger I wouldn't purchase it, Kind of small. It was priced cheaper also and fast shipping, would buy from here again.

I wrote one before but will again. My experience was great. The customer service person was so kind and answered my many questions. She was always patient and asked if she could help in any other ways. She made suggestions when I could not find a purse that fit my picky requirements. Your products are high quality but if the rest of your staff is like her then you will have nothing but great comments.
