I used my first echo sounder
I used my first echo sounder, Deeper Pro +, for 6 years, it's a great assistant for fishing. I recommended it to all my friends and acquaintances who are engaged in fishing. It's time to buy a more advanced echo sounder, Deeper Chirp +2. I hope it will also work great as the previous one.

Lots of 5GHz issues and 2.4 disabled
Its a good tech, but the device has a lot of issues. It was fixed previously and now with the 2.0 update, it has come back. The 5GHz band is so problematic that it keeps disconnecting and freezing. The option to select 2.4 GHz is disabled. It keeps connecting to 5GHz even if I joined 2.4 GHz.
Response from Deeper· Dec 31, 2024
Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the trouble you’ve had. We want to clarify that Deeper Wi-Fi has always operated on the 2.4 GHz band across all our models, and switching to 5 GHz has never been an available option. We’d love to help you fix this issue—please email us at [email protected], and our team will assist you.
