It was easy to make the purchase and in stock. I have not tried it yet as I have not yet upgraded to the iPhone 18, but will be within the next 60days and looking forwarding to using it. It is important to me to have a protective case.

Great attentive customer service

DefenderShield really stands by their warranty. The EMF Shielding headphones have great sound quality, but the sound has disappeared on one side without any apparent damage. The warranty team has been great. Hopefully I don’t have a problem with the replacement pair. It is always appreciated when a company keeps their word and backs their products as advertised.

The side sling bag shipped quickly and looks great. It has elegant finishes which make it great for travel.

My order was short a beanie. I contacted them and they replaced it after a couple of emails. Owning a retail business myself and understanding these types of issues, it was nice not to have to jump through hoops to prove I did not receive part of my order.
