I never received the scheduled phone call. An hour and a half later someone from scheduling called to reschedule and left a message as I’d moved on work my day. I called back and kept getting a recording that all reps were busy and to leave a message. The day w fed without a call back. Quite disappointed in the whole follow-up experience thus far, especially since you are compelled to pay beforehand and then no one calls.

I love Beth. She is very down to earth and has plans and ideas for all my issues. The biggest downfall of Defy is it is very costly! Beth offered some alternatives with my medication to help offset some of the cost. Would highly recommend Defy.
