My Apple Pro 2 ear tips are wonderful. They are very comfortable and fit perfectly.

Servizio UPS ottimo . Prodotto da valutare nel tempo.

I paid for three tips and you only sent me one I emailed you and you never got back to me. Not good

Great product, fast shipping.

I was sent incorrect item. It took a week to get a response. They have accepted return, that I must pay for. They state that I MUST include the RMA number, which they have NOT provided. I am standing be for a response, that I assume will take another week. No phone number available. Their Chat does not work.

The ordering and shipping of the ear pads was fine. The ear pads themselves are very good and worth the money. The problem is with the AKG 701, the foam ring over the driver needs replacement and then is provided. I need to spend an additional 25% of the cost of the pad to get a pair of the rings considering that they would only cost pennies to include, they should’ve been included.

Excellent, from customer service to shipping to the item. Will be a returning customer. Thank you

Product arrived on time, was well packaged and was high quality. They did in fact improve the listening experience of already superior headphones.
