Product quality exceeded expectations as did service which corrected a mistake on my part.

I have not received my seat cushion yet. But my interaction with customer service was exceptional. I placed an order expecting a 10% new customer discount. However at payment it wasn’t applied. Customer service got back to me within 24 hrs. Corrected the transaction and offered a 15% discount for my inconvenience. If my cushion is as good as customer service i will be extactic!

Delicate Leather has proven to be a wonderful company with luxurious feeling products. Their customer service is impressive with prompt responses and kind rapport.

First product didn’t meet expectations, but customer service was responsive. Ordered quite an expensive car seat cushion advertised as ‘premium Nappa leather’. Item arrived several weeks later folded in half in a plastic bag clearly shipped from a factory overseas - no box or other packaging to protect it. The ‘leather’ appeared to be artificial (though it is not advertised as such on the website). It also came with creases (either from manufacturer or shipping) that did not even out over time. For the price I paid, I was quite disappointed, but customer service was responsive within 48 hours of emailing them. Eventually we got to a resolution where they agreed to replace the item with a different item from their website at no additional cost. Wish the first item’s quality had been better, but at least customer service is trying to make up for it. Will reserve my judgment for when the replacement item arrives.

This is my 1st time working with Leather Delicate and i Love my steering wheel i ordered for my 2023 Ford Explorer. I lov e the fit and look and feel. Not only did i order additonal items from them, they applied a % discount that i forgot to apply on my 2nd order which i thought was super fantastic and very thoughtful of their customers. I will defintely book mark them for additional items. Thank you LD
