Warranty
The machine in itself works fine. However I have submitted my warranty information twice to your company and have yet to get a response or warranty letter?

So far im very happy with the unit
So far im very happy with the unit. Im not using it every day. Its been installed for about a month now. I have not tested the heat yet. Dehumidify works well. Cooling seems to do good, Cycle's. I will say the wrap provided for the line set, well it was on the short side. Thats really the only negative I have at this time.

Great Fan
Received the fan in a few days. The fan makes a big difference in the coolness in my living room. It’s a large room and the ac doesn’t cool it very well.

The unit works very well the fan is powerful as I've already had to clean the filters but I will say keep the filters clean or it will not operate and function at its best performance!
Customer service was very helpful as I was trying to get confirmation on the lifetime warranty on parts so make sure you register your unit!
