Extremely Frustrating Experience – Poor Support, Outdated Systems, and Endless Delays. There are far more reliable and user-friendly systems on the market today that offer both better service and better technology.

VantagePoint is a software with one of the worst UX I've ever encountered, which clearly has never been user tested. Despite being, in theory, a powerful project/team management software, in practice it's very difficult to do anything with it, because it's so unnecessarily complicated and impossible to use without extensive specialised training (i.e. if your job is only using Vantagepoint and nothing else)
