Update…
I am having the same difficulty as many others. I was sent ajgift card but the site will not let me join or sign in. Whenever I am sent a code the log in tells me that it is invalid. Either this is a scam or they are not well organized/set up. And their chat line is always unavailable. Update: This went from 1 star to 3 because the seller has refunded my original purchase price. I think that they are just not very well set up as a small company at this point.
