Excellent pricing with no fee's other that what you pay for the VERY QUICK shipping. The tickets I received were accurate.

Called hotel from airport and was told We would have to take a cab because it was derby week end. Half hour ride and $20.00. Hotel was ok but people were very good. The long walk at the track was bad for us old people. We had the best seats in the Downs but there was a walk way in front of our box and because we were at the finish line there were local people standing in front of us all the time they would not move for us or the usher. The walk in the rain was tough. I think the Downs could solve the problem, I just don't think they care. The vans need to carry a stool, again old people. It was fun but the walk and the rude fans put a damper on it for people in there 80's. Both not your fault.

Tickets arrived promptly and well packaged. However, I spent a lot of time researching the right place for our seats to be and purchased those specific ones for a reason. Upon receiving the tickets there was a note that said that we were upgraded because DerbyBox tries to upgrade whenever possible. Yes, it was one section closer to the finish line, but we were up two boxes higher than I had purchased so our view was quite limited. There is a noticeable difference being in the highest box. I just wish that it was communicated prior to sending these to me so i could decide what would be better.

Terrific experience! Everything was just as promised. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Hotel (Marriott Springhill Suites) was not great -- next door Marriott Fairfield seemed better. But DerbyBox came through with the tickets, transportation, and hotel reservation.
