They sent somebody else’s eyeglasses instead of my sunglasses. Not sure where my sunglasses got sent to. Very disappointing after waiting for them for a month, especially since it’s summer & I’m wanting to be able to wear sunglasses. Hoping they will rush to make it right. Even if they do make it right, I will probably shop elsewhere for my next pair of eyeglasses, unless they offer me a very substantial discount or credit towards another pair. Waiting to see how it goes from here with customer support.

I ordered replacement frames a month ago. On the order the "processing time" was 1 - 2 days. Well, 30 days later, I still don't have my frames back with the new lenses. There is no phone number to call. I sent an email and the response back was "We will get back to you in 8 days." Not even get back to you "within 8 days." It will take 8 days for them to answer an email. This company is not to be trusted.

Warning! Do not order glasses from this company! I never received my glasses. USPS says they were delivered, so I tried to file a claim, but I can’t file a claim because Designer Frame outlet does not insure the glasses. I’m out $145. Designer Frames could file a claim, but they said they will not do that. There is no phone number, and there is no customer service. Their website still has my glasses classified as not delivered.

Scam and liers! Got glasses with unbearable corrections and return them for review. They told me that I sent back everything but the glasses and finally managed to keep my money AND the glasses. I wish I'd read reviews before!!! RUN AWAY FROM THEM

Did get my O'Key sunglasses. They are just as good as Oakley anyway but cost about 250% less. Was thinking from the reviews that I would never see my 25-30$ I had spent again, but, I was surprised to receive a strange package that was wrapped in what looked like a small black garbage bag and had writing on it in pen. Thanks Frame outlet, will certainly buy from you again if your website gets hosted again, last seen at framesoutlet.online

This is a scam. They charged my credit card and over a month later still had no estimated shipping date, no precise information abut the status of my order, and no phone number to speak to a representative.

I wished I checked the reviews before ordering the glasses. I was pleased at first glance, but when I noticed dents on one of the temples. I was told it wouldn’t pass inspection and sent out. They said I could send them back for a review, but when I asked what would this change...... radio silence. I have emailed 3 more times, no answer.
