Great experience overall

Very poor customer service . You can’t speak with a live person only via chat and waited 45 mins to tell me my frames were damaged! Then another 20 min to tell me my refund was processed. All this done on the day the frames were to arrive at my home! Be very Leary when dealing with this company!

The glasses came earlier than expected and safely stowed in protective wrap.

Very slow shipping

Every purchase I've made has been fantastic. Customer service has been great as well.

It took a whole month to receive my glasses. I’m happy with them, it just took way longer than I anticipated. I just ordered another pair hoping those won’t take as long to receive

You can never talk to anyone on the phone. And the product that I purchased I had to send back because it was a kids frame and I was in the mens section of the sun glass part and still got sent a kids sunglasses.

Glasses were perfect and arrived in great time!
