Dear team, I received my prescription glasses last Tuesday and they have been developed for distance when I was expecting glasses for reading. Please could you tell how we can proceed to change them. Thanks

Hi Edith, We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, as per our company policy we allow you to return RX product for inspection to check whether the product has been made according to the given details and if we find that there was an error we redo the prescription. We also refund 80% of the value of the frame only, not the lenses for the Rx product. Kindly provide us further details through Mail support/chat,We'd be happy to look into the matter and try to rectify the situation

I was so so skeptical ordering from here. the sunglasses arrived in very good condition. i LOVE them. they’re so chic and have such a classic shape. I’ve already gotten a ton of compliments. I wish they came with a hard case. I’m gonna get them adjusted. I had to pay more than $30 in customs. not 5 stars because I have no way to know if they’re real
