scam I received the glasses and they were made incorrectly. When I contacted them, I was told that prescription lenses are non-refundable. I argued that this shouldn't apply to their errors. They would not issue a refund and wanted the glasses sent back. By their standards, they would make money even if they didn't try to match prescriptions. Go to Zenni instead! Reply: I sent the lenses back and never heard anything about them. I contacted them numerous times and only got the run-around. These are CROOKS. Don't bother. I got 2 pairs of great glasses from Zenni for about the same cost without any problems.

Hello Melinda, We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, as per our company policy we allow you to return RX product for inspection to check whether the product has been made according to the given details and if we find that there was an error we redo the prescription. We also refund 80% of the value of the frame only, not the lenses for the Rx product. Kindly provide us further details through Mail support/chat, We'd be happy to look into the matter and try to rectify the situation.
