Your customer service is horrible. Took 2weeks to ship the order. The anti glare on my glasses was done messy. I can see the purple around the edges. Bad experience all around. Will not order again.

Thank you for your purchase. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with our services. Please allow me to explain: The following is clearly stated on our website: Surfaced lenses take about 5-7 days to be ready and 1-2 days for edging, about 9 days to ship. As I see your order, we communicated with you via email and you agreed to continue with the process of the order on 8/12. Your order was shipped on 8/25, that makes it in a timely manner as predicted. In reference to the anti glare please kindly contact us and we will analyze and fix them for you. We appreciate your understanding in this regards. Be assured that you have our attention and we strive to provide you best customer services. Email [email protected] or call us 718-412-0407. We're here to help.
