Designing BackyardsReviews of designingbackyards.com

I had a wonderful expedience with Designing Backyards. I contacted them because their 10% off sale beat a price I had already been quoted, and I needed outdoor grilling equipment quickly for a new house construction. I called after hours and left a message, and Luka called me back within about 15 minutes. He was incredibly helpful—checking availability, making sure everything could arrive in time, and even catching a special valve I had missed on my order. I sent him a picture of our grilling area design and he showed me exactly where the required vents should be placed. I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived a full day earlier than I was expecting, which was especially appreciated since we were on a tight construction schedule. Excellent prices, outstanding customer service, and great attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend Designing Backyards. Thank you, Luka for making this part of our home build so easy!

The customer service and communication was top shelf. Kinsley and Luca were there throughout the process. The real test is when things go a little sideways. We did have an issue and they were on it immediately. The quality of this unit is above reproach. HIGHLY recommend!!! Rick

They had the grill I was looking for when others did not. They shipped it out very quickly and arrived sooner than expected. There was a slight problem with the shipping but they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. When I txt'd the response was soon to follow. I'd definitely purchase from them again!

This company and staff is the best to buy from. Amazing fast response, any issues they contact immediately and solves the problem. I couldn't find any better prices and people to deal with. Highly recommend. THE BEST!

Both Alex and Luca sold me a great grill at a great price. Thanks!!!

Personal attention to my project. Very friendly. Get you the best price on each item.

Absolutely recommend Designing Backyards. Luca is knowledgeable, prompt to answer questions and shipped the products timely. I purchased a Blaze grill, grill access doors and a refrigerator for my outdoor kitchen. Very pleased with the customer service.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Luca answered all my questions (and I had too many) with kindness and patience. I received all my outdoor kitchen appliances within just two business of placing my order, and they were shipped safely and securely. Don't hesitate to buy from Luca. One of the best online shopping experiences I've had in a long time. My wife and I will be ordering more from him soon!
