This company is not professional. They do not tell you everything you need in the beginning The force you to pay for more things later. Definitely false advertising. Stay away. oh and they are very rude.

Essential items such as domain, hosting, and website content were not included in your package and were never forced upon you—they are simply requirements for any website to go live. We also want to note that communication delays were primarily due to late responses from your side over a period of nearly 3 months, which naturally extended the timeline. Our team remained professional and patient throughout the process. We take pride in being transparent about our services and pricing upfront, and we never engage in false advertising. Mike Proctor was a person that I contacted and he walked me through the design and implementation of the website. I was amazed and how great it came out. He answered all my questions and took care of all my problems I give you a five star rating. I am so happy with the results. Thank you again

Based upon the fact that I was not able to provide more specific details relative to the photos and videos that I provided. They were still able to give me a very good finished product at a very reasonable price.

They seem well-versed in the correct verbiage to use and answered intensive questions but, when it was time to pay my deposit, they asked me what service I would use. I requested PayPal as it’s the best to safe guard for services and they also offered it as one of the methods of payment. They told me they would send the link over. After I got off the phone they stated that PayPal was down for maintenance and to please pay through a Stripe link instead. That was a flat out lie. PayPal is up and functional. My e-commerce business utilizes PayPal as a payment option so I would know immediately if it was down. I checked and logged into my PayPal just to be extra sure and it worked just fine. I also checked with service monitors (even though I knew they were lying I just wanted to be extra sure for this review) and it was confirmed that PayPal was working fine everywhere and had no issues. After I told them I wasn’t interested in proceeding, they insisted that their PayPal was down but would be back up in a few days and they could help me then. I told them I was fine and would use someone else. The only reason a business ever tries to steer you away from PayPal is so they can scam you. Make sure you don’t use these guys.

On the day in question, we experienced a temporary issue with our PayPal business account and offered alternative options so your project wouldn’t be delayed. We never intended to mislead or pressure you, and we understand if you preferred not to continue at that time. To be clear, we are a legitimate business that has successfully delivered projects to clients worldwide. PayPal continues to remain one of our available and secure payment options, and clients are always welcome to choose the method they feel most comfortable with. We regret any confusion caused and wish you the very best with your project.

FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD. This business is not even a legitimate business. It is operated by one individual who claim his name is "Mark Jones" with an Arabic ascent. This fraudulent business robbed me of $1500.00 promising to build an app they never did. I have already begun the process of reporting them to the FBI. They will be charged with wire fraud. I promised them that after dealing with them, they may not be able to defraud anybody else in the future. Stay away from this individual. He is a fraud, a liar, a one-man fraud operation, not in the United States. DESIGN THIEF.

We are aware of this misleading and defamatory review and would like to set the record straight with facts. The client, John, agreed to a $10,000 project that included both website and mobile app development. We professionally completed and launched the website as the first phase. After that, as per our mutual agreement, we requested a 50% advance to begin development of the mobile app. However, John insisted on having the entire app built for only $1,500 — an amount far below industry standards and not aligned with the original agreement. We clearly communicated that we could begin work once a $3,500 deposit was made, which he refused. Regarding the baseless and offensive remark about one of our team members “Mark Jones” and his accent: We want to make it absolutely clear — all of our employees are based in the United States. We value diversity and professionalism and do not tolerate prejudice or racially motivated comments. We stand by our work, our team, and our integrity. False accusations like these are being documented and may be addressed through the proper legal channels.
