While the plan is great for clients and the agent portal is highly efficient to work with, provider claims are not being paid out properly. As a result, even though it is a PPO plan, the number of providers refusing it is expected to increase. Currently, providers are already refusing to accept the Devoted Plan.

Because I'm seeing a new dentist which needs to Fix the broken teeth, and fit??? Can you cover that procedure? Having a partial done for bottom teeth??? Thank-You, Sincerely Lissy Keily

I like the part keeping me informed via text/email about my health plan . It would be great to have dental coverage as well .

It was good the food card is ridiculous though tried to buy medications on the list and it was refused smh
